To make sure our prices stay low and to save time, please use our website to book or check for available spots. If you need to make any changes, please tell us a few days before your appointment. If you decide to change or cancel your appointment on the same day, there's a $25 fee that won't be refunded. If you don't show up for your appointment or frequently change your schedule, we won't be able to schedule future appointments for you unless you pay a higher deposit. (Deposit will go toward the service)

You should know before booking

Don't take fish oil supplements with Omega 3 for at least 3 days before your procedure. It's even better if you can avoid them for 7 days.
Must Be Age 18+
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, you can't get any body art procedures done.
Make sure the area to be treated and your overall health are in good condition.
Be prepared to set aside some extra time for your appointment. Different treatments take different amounts of time.
Arriving 15 minutes early is a good idea. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may not be refunded, and it could affect the next person's appointment, so we might not be able to do your treatment.
The health department wants you to understand something important before you decide: it's not easy to remove body art once it's done. The results of permanent makeup can be different for everyone based on their skin and lifestyle. So, you might need 2-3 touch-ups to get the result you want.

Guest or Children

Visitors and kids can only be in the waiting area. Artists need to concentrate, so please be calm and quiet. It's not recommended to bring in very young children unless they can stay quiet and take care of themselves. We have Wi-Fi, drinking water, and a restroom available in our store.
