Permanent Makeup is distinct from tattoos because we work on the thinnest and most delicate skin on your body. We take a conservative approach, avoiding overworking the skin. Multiple sessions or touch-ups are necessary for achieving the softest and most natural appearance. Therefore, please be prepared for a touch-up session after 6 weeks.

Permanent Makeup pigments are milder, more organic, and purer compared to tattoo ink. However, they do tend to fade faster over time, typically fading by 50% - 70% within 1-2 years. This shorter lifespan is intentional, as the goal is to maintain a more natural look

I am Jimmy Tam (Chun Tam), an artist specializing in Brow and Hair Pigment (SMP) work. I've been practicing this art since 1993, certified from an Art School in Houston. I also hold the position of Art Director at an international company. I ventured into the realm of Semi-Permanent Makeup artistry in 2019, nurturing my skills with immense passion. Each client's well-being is my priority. I attentively understand their desires and strive to achieve optimal results.
I have received advanced training in the latest Permanent Makeup techniques, and MicroLV PMU is a one-person studio. To keep our prices affordable, I've made sure to provide most of the information you need on our website. When you work with me, you're not dealing with a business salesman; instead, you're getting personalized and custom design and style.
